20L LR(G) CLEAN BOTTLE

“20L LR (G) CLEAN BOTTLE” is a clean bottle for Colorresist which AICELLO co., Ltd developed for the first time in the world. Residue can be minimized by gathering the residue at the bottom with a curved surface. It is a lightweight and convenient plastic clean bottle that replaces the existing Canister container, which is expensive and has the inconvenience of having to collect the container after use.

40L LR(G) CLEAN BOTTLE

“40L LR (G) CLEAN BOTTLE” is a clean bottle for Colorresist. Residue can be minimized by gathering the residue at the bottom with a curved surface. The 40L large capacity makes it possible to reduce the need for frequent replacement of the container. If you use the ‘Chemical Drum Supply Automated Coupling System’, which uses our ‘automatic dispenser’ and ‘keycode dip tube’, safe chemical supply will be available and it can reduce manpower and costs.

ANTI-LOOSENING CAP(CUSION CAP)

The “Cushion Cap” is a clean bottle cap with anti-loosening function, developed by AICELLO Co., Ltd for the first time.

It is a cap with a cushion function to prevent the cap from loosening due to vibration during long transportation. In the case of a cap with a conventional anti-loosening function, there is a high possibility that many particles will be occurred due to abrasion of caps or orings. “The anti-loosening cap (cushion cap) can be used safely because there is no particle occurrence in the cap even if it is locked or unlocked several times.
